Seeking even greater peace of mind? Consider opting for our +60 day plan, extending beyond the manufacturer's warranty period. This option includes all the benefits of the +30 day plan, but with additional coverage, allowing you to rely on your stick for an extended period.
We don't engage in stick repairs! Unlike some manufacturer warranties that may require you to send your stick for repairs before considering replacement, our policy is straightforward: we simply replace your stick the first time around. There's no need for repairs or attempts at repairs under our coverage.
Under the current manufacturer's warranty, they typically replace one stick and do not extend warranty coverage to the new replacement stick. However, with Zippy's warranty, the coverage begins at the time of replacement.
